You have acne and I suggest you consult a dermatologist before using any cream. The wrong cream could make it worse. In the meantime just clean your face with a mild cleanser or soap and don't pick at it.Can cortisone cream help my face (picture included help please@@@!@!@)!!!!!!!!!!!!@?
Looks like Rosacea to me. You need to go see your doctor for a diagnosis. Rosacea is treatable but not cureable so see your doc ASAP.
